Terms of Service

1. Service description

Restaurant Reputation Tools provides a tool for restaurant operators to read, draft AI-generated replies to, and publish responses on Google Business Profile reviews. Use of the service requires a connected Google Business Profile account managed by the operator.

2. Acceptable use

Users agree to publish responses that comply with Google's own policies. AI-generated drafts are starting points, never auto-published without an explicit click. Users remain fully responsible for the content they publish.

3. Use of Google Business Profile API

Restaurant Reputation Tools integrates with Google Business Profile through the official Google API under license from Google. By using Restaurant Reputation Tools, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You acknowledge that Restaurant Reputation Toolsaccesses your Google Business Profile only via Google's official API and under license from Google.
  • You agree to comply with the Google Business Profile Terms, the Google API Terms of Service, and Google's content policies for any response published through the service.
  • Restaurant Reputation Toolsdoes not guarantee the continued availability of the Google Business Profile API. Service degradation or outages on Google's side may impact functionality without notice and without entitlement to a refund.
  • Restaurant Reputation Tools reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts found in violation of Google policies, including (but not limited to) automated mass replies, deceptive content, harassment, spam, or any other prohibited practice. Suspension may be immediate where required to protect the integrity of the Google API license.

4. Liability

The service is provided as-is. Restaurant Reputation Tools is not liable for content published by users or for outages of third-party services (Google, Anthropic).

5. Termination

Users may stop using the service at any time. The operator can revoke Google Business Profile access from their Google account settings.
